Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our Buffalo, NY studio. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and can take 7-10 business days to arrive at their destination. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent once your order has been been shipped.

Returns

We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged shipment or the goods received do not match your order confirmation, we are more than happy to replace your items! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@takhicreativestudio.com and we will take care of it!
